1887 contemporary Specimen/Proof case £5 down to 3d (11 coins)
Case only.
Lockable with original key. A most unusual feature.
The case closes fine.There is some warping to the right hand side which means that side is not level when closed. Otherwise in overall good condition.
Blue velvet lining. Some wear to edge of case.
The case is brownish colour/gold edging to top of case.

Contemporary cases are difficult to find these days.
The 1887 sets look much better presented in an original / contemporary case.
